Payment Policy
For your convenience, we offer multiple payment options:
Cash Payment to Driver
You may pay the driver in cash upon pickup. We accept UAE Dirhams (AED), as well as US Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR), and British Pounds (GBP). Please note that exchange rates may differ from those listed on Google or other financial sources.
Card Payment at the Desert
Card payments are accepted upon your arrival at the desert site. A 5% VAT and a 2.5% bank processing fee will be added to card payments.
The VAT is refundable at the airport and can be claimed upon departure from the UAE.
PayPal Payment
We accept payments through PayPal. A 5% VAT is applicable to all PayPal transactions.
Note: PayPal payments must be completed at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled tour.
Crypto Payment (USDT & USDC)
We also accept USDT and USDC for seamless and modern payment processing.
Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation is available up to 12 hours prior to your scheduled tour.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the tour or no-shows will be fully charged with no refund.
